No, attendance to all meetings are free. However, your community might incur costs to rent a space or provide coffee. So they might ask for contributions. But the decision on whether you want to contribute is up to you.

It is up to each Congressional Community as to whether or not children can attend.

One of the goals of Congressional Communities is to reach a consensus on what issues and legislation are most important to us. Initially, this will mean a laser-like focus on three or four issues. When all the communities are functioning, there will be over 10,000 communities (about two dozen in each of the 435 voting districts along with a few dozen in the 6 non-voting districts). We expect the vast majority of bills will be covered at that point.
